We've completely rebuilt the core of DayPilot with real-time collaboration, a new design system, and a pipeline view that makes project flow visible at a glance.

Today we're shipping DayPilot 2.0 — the most significant update since we launched two years ago. This release isn't just a feature drop; it's a rethink of how project management should feel for teams that move fast.
We spent six months talking to over 200 teams about their biggest pain points. The answers were consistent: too much context switching, not enough visibility into what's actually happening, and tools that feel designed for managers rather than the people doing the work.
Every change you make is now instantly visible to your teammates — no refresh required. We built this on top of Supabase's real-time engine with a conflict-resolution layer that ensures you never overwrite someone else's work.
The new Pipeline View gives you a bird's-eye view of your project's flow. Instead of just seeing individual tasks, you can see where work is accumulating, where it's moving smoothly, and where you need to intervene.
DayPilot 2.0 finally makes our process visible. I can see in 30 seconds what used to take a 45-minute standup to uncover.
We rebuilt every component from scratch with accessibility, dark mode, and responsive design as first-class concerns — not afterthoughts. The result is an interface that's faster, calmer, and more consistent.
